Laser Cladding

LASER CLADDING is a process where cladding material is melted on the base material surface by laser beam to improve the properties of the part. Typically the base material is cheaper and/or more easily workable material that is coated with more expensive wear or corrosion resistant material. The properties of laser cladding are typically notably better than with conventional coating methods.
